I wouldn't say open arms. They will dig deeply to determine why you are sending. Is the girl struggling with religion? Does she have significant learning issues?
If the girl is a strong girl coming from a stable family, yes, they are welcome with open arms.

Do these schools only take girls from Lakewood or also from tri-state area?
Do they have dorms or have to find a boarding family?
Is it hard to find a family for a HS girl?

Bais Yaakov Chicago takes boarders but you would have to call the school for more details.
