We’re away on vacation. I have the Betty Crocker pizza maker. So far I used it for scrambled eggs, grilled cheese, frozen chocolate chip cookie dough, frozen pizza…
Today I want to use it for salmon. The thing is, I didn’t bring much to spice the salmon and the nearest store is 25 minutes away.
I really wish I had lemon juice. I always use lots of lemon juice on salmon.
Here’s what I have. Tell me what you think I should use or tell me to forget the salmon.
Mayonnaise
Ketchup
Mustard
Spicy mayonnaise but I don’t like hot/spicy
Salt
Pepper - tiny bit left
Splenda packets
Shredded cheese
Olive oil spray
I also have a bag of macaroni that will try to cook on the Betty Crocker

Mix up mustard with some mayo (you don't need a lot) and season very generously with salt and leftover pepper. Taste and add more salt until it's very tasty. Spread thinly over salmon.

Either smear mixture of mayo mustard ketchup or spray with olive oil, salt & pepper.
Mayo salt & pepper will also work

Or you can mix Mayo with a bit of mustard and Splenda, to make a mock honey mustard. Season the salmon with salt/pepper and then spread on the mixture.
