I usually stick with just mayo. my father has a great recipe (try it first, it has a different type of flavor). he puts in mayo, ketchup, some mustard and matzoh meal.

I like mayo, chopped Vidalia onion, a little bit of celery seed, which some people don't love so I don't do that every time.. My husband likes pickle relish too, but I don't make it that way for others.

I can only eat tuna salad if it's only tuna and mayonnaise. If it has anything else I wouldn't touch it.

not dark tuna it's major no no - taste like cat food ...
not oozing with mayo ... looks like vomit
I've made
1) chopped red onions & thinly sliced celery ...
2) garlic/dill pickles sliced
3) hard-boiled eggs mixed in ... everything made nice and smooth ...

Aren't the pine nuts that makes something pesto? Also, we do mayo, spicy pickles and celery if I'm not too lazy. Dh likes it just with Salsa - but that's not for me.

I put in mayo, and cut tiny pieces of onions into the tuna. The onions give it a very good taste
