Mix some olive oil with tons of spices (garlic, onion, pepper, paprika, barbecue seasoning, etc) and rub on the roast. Put half inch water on bottom of pan, add sliced onions, then add roast on top. I sprinkle on top some mushroom soup mix, and potatoes around the roast. Bake covered.
