I am recovering after having a baby and I have really bad diastasis recti. Is there a physical therapist or personal trainer who can help me get back into shape?

If you wanna travel, Charmaine in Brooklyn is really really good. I found it worthwhile to go to her even tho I was only able to get there for 2 sessions. You can always follow up with someone else locally.

She's a personal trainer who works with women's health issues. And I think she would come to your house. I know she used to, wonder if she still does.
