Anywhere in Brooklyn or LI?
For a non-Jewish celebration.
I will not be partaking of any of the food so it doesn't matter to me if it's kosher or not. The party-eaters are not Jewish.
I'm just responsible for ordering the food and some other arrangements.
Thanks!

Pizza Time on Avenue J and 14. Best pizza in Brooklyn, IMO, and has a thin crust.

Don’t get kosher pizza since the eaters aren’t Jewish. Try Patsy’s in Park Slope - my non-Jewish friends love it.

Op, you should edit your subject line to say NON-KOSHER. You’ll get better suggestions.

Maybe you should ask on some NYC foodie board and not on a board where almost none of the posters have direct experience with nonkosher food?

Actually there are a lot of women here who are BT or FFB but with some non frum relatives, so it’s a reasonable question.

Di Fara pizza in Brooklyn (not kosher) is supposed to be famous for their pizza. No idea what kind of crust they have. Also if this is for eating in, I don't think I would choose them - I've passed it and it looks tiny, not sure there's a real space for eating.
