Okay, I'll post.

This is my own recipe, so I don't have exact measurements. I just go by taste.

Lima Beans and Greens (My husband thinks it's weird, but it's healthy and YUM!)

Cook a package of lima beans as per the package directions until they are soft. I like to add a little extra water so they have a bit of "sauce" one they are done cooking. Take a bunch or two of greens (I've used bok choy and Chinese cabbage. Spinach or any other green would be good.), wash, check, and chop into pieces. Saute the greens and a generous amount of garlic in olive oil until greens are bright and wilted. Add lima beans. Heat through. Add salt and pepper to taste. Sometimes I add more olive oil for extra flavor after cooking.

We went to a yom tov meal yesterday where they served make-your-own tacos. Yum! Very easy too - just cook the meat with taco seasoning, then toppings were chopped tomatoes, onions lettuce salsa etc. For sides, they had corn salad and rice, plus some "traditional" leftovers from their other meals like turkey and brisket.

my mother is making turkey and stuffing for shabbos!
my sis made these snow-peas with portabello mushrooms- sautee the two together, add soy sauce and voila, that's it! (I heard they were very good, but that's not my type of dish, so I didn't have any)
