My DD got the frenkal mouth appliance to expand her jaw to fit more teeth that have to come out. She has to wear it 14 hours a day. I tried reward systems. Its just super uncomfortable and huge! Does anyone have experience with this appliance?
You should really try the ALF appliance. Much less cumbersome and easier for the child. Also see if she needs myofunctional therapy which can aide and speed up in the expansion
