Molester in Arlington Area

I read on another post that local Rabbis arranged a gathering for residents of the Arlington area to let them know a former pedophile moved in. Seems he wasn't tried or prosecuted yet and can't be evicted.
As we live nearby, can anyone share more details like a name, appearance and whether he currently is involved with children in any capacity?

My son’s school is discouraging boys from ‘hanging’ out there for various reasons unless they are learning with someone.

I live in the area, its being taken care of. Boys were coming and throwing eggs etc and they asked everyone to keep their boys away and not do that, because it will just slow the process more of getting him evicted.

If he’s not tried, prosecuted, or convicted he’s an alleged pedophile. Keep your kids away, but in America is presumed innocent until proven guilty.

For a new episode? Or for something else? OP said a former pedophile moved into the neighborhood, that itself isn't grounds to arrest someone, whether the neighbors are happy about his presence or not.
