How much would you pay for an uppababy Cruz from 2017 that’s said to be in good condition?
Is this a good stroller in general?

It's a terrific stroller but only for 1 baby (even with the board on it, the board isn't great). Secondhand price very much depends on your area but in nyc I would pay around 200 and want the stroller, bassinet, and accessories. For a version that's 2015 or later, don't get the earlier versions. Lol I'm cheap but if you keep your eye out on Craigslist or fb you can find for that range.
