Shisha rental.
They have a website.
We rented from them for Pesach a few years ago. They were excellent.

If you don’t mind waiting or know someone living in the American communities - I’m sure couples would rent out their apt. If you know someone there maybe they can place an ad in the American circular

I've done well with Airbnb. Just pay attention to the reviews, to make sure they have good response time and it doesn't say that they cancelled last minute.

If you want one that has been koshered for Pesach that might push the price up. If not, you need to leave time to do the work yourself, especially if you plan on doing any cooking.

I cooked all of the food here and brought it frozen.
It was a great and very special trip!
I did the whole itinerary here - made a big difference when we got there.
