I recently had a diverticulitis episode for the first time, and trying to get as much practical info as possible on diet. I saw a gastroenterologist but he wasn’t very specific.
I want someone moderate who can guide me, and who is knowledgeable in this subject. Thanks in advance for recommendations.

My husband just got the same diagnosis. Did you get any smarter since? from what I understand its something that can keep coming back .. He has it now for the second time in few months.
