How do you calculate a kzayisof challah? understand that kzayis is fluid oz (as opposed to oz), so calculating the volume. I have the kzayis book, and the pictures are of white fluffy bread/challah. I want to know how much is a kzayis of whole wheat challah. do I compare it to the fluffy white challah in the book, or is there a better way?
(my husband wants to eat only a kbaitza of challah during the meal, so I want to make him personal rolls exactly the right size. How do I do that?)
Thanks for the help.
