Baby's nose almost constantly stuffed and interfering with nursing. I've used drops, syringe, steamy bathroom. Suggestions?

Following. same situation. He has these hard looking boogers that I can see but are too far bag for me to take out and the syringe isn’t helping. He’s breathing really heavy from it and I feel so bad for him. I wish he would pick his nose lol
