What's the best parve cheese that would melt like regular cheese. I have a child who is lactose intolerant. She uses lactaid but still gets a stomach ache after dairy.

daiya is the only pareve cheese my son will eat. He used to be allergic to dairy and now isn't but still will only eat daiya and won't try real cheese.
