My 4 month old baby hates tummy time and could barely keep her her head up for more than 2 minutes at a time. (besides for when she's on her stomach she holds herself well)
Is this normal?
Does it make sense to get her evaluated for OT/PT?
Which agency in Boro Park is good for this?

Doesn't make sense. Work on trying to do smaller amounts of time throughout the day. Put lots of toys and stuff in front of her. Also, you can hold her in the air in the tummy time position as well.

Have you tried lying on your back and having her on her tummy on top of you? Lots of babies do better with that than the floor.
