Garlicky Green Beans
1 lb. fresh green beans
2 cloves garlic minced
2 Tbs. oil
1 Tbs. soy sauce
1/2 cup water
Saute garlic in oil for one minute. Add green beans and saute till softer and darker green - around 5 minutes. Add water and soy sauce and cook for about ten minutes stirring occasionally. Serve cold. Yummy!

I use a similar recipe. I steam the green beans until they are still left crunchy and then in a bowl I add the green beans, soy sauce, garlic crushed and mix until well combined. mmm yummy

I remember once making a green bean recipe that called for mango sliced almonds and some sort of garlicky dressing( I think). I made it once for about twenty people and it was a big big hit. If anyone has a recipe that sounds like that please share because I lost the recipe.

I made a sauce from the good seasons salad dressing mixes and added pieces of mango to the cooked beans! It is in Kosher by design, or the kosher palette. If you want I will post it next time. I do not have a computer at home
