Zingy Corn Salad
Salad:
corn, any kind
lettuce, any kind
cut up tomatoes or grape tomatoes
red onion, optional
Dressing:
olive oil, any kind
lemon or vinegar, to taste
sugar, salt, pepper, garlic, to taste
Mix, serve, eat & enjoy.
You mix the corn with the lettuce and the red onion.
