Title says it all. I bought the onion soup mix that says all natural ingredients, no msg etc. In a yellow container with a green cover.
Im wondering, is this actually an unsafe spice blend hiding with other additives as natural but really as bad as msg mixes or is it actually healthier and okay to eat

What would be "unsafe" about salt and seasoning? That's what soup mix is, isn't it?

If it says no MSG on the container, then what would the problem be?

Soup mix is high in salt. But you can adjust and add little or no salt to food.
Some soup mixes also have some hydrogenated fat (like margerine). Very unhealthy.
All "processed" food is not healthy.
You can skip onion soup mix and add fresh sauted onions, or onion powder and salt and other spices.
But it won't taste exactly like onion soup mix, but close enough for me.

Many times there are other additives that are equivalent to msg hiding under another name

Post the list of ingredients. I know that Gefen cup soups that say “no MSG” have an ingredient that is basically MSG by another name, I forgot the name of it. Not that I care, MSG is what makes it taste good and there is no evidence that it’s bad for you. MSG products just tend to have a ton of sodium which is probably not great for you.
ETA: it’s called disodium guanylate. It’s similar to MSG but not exactly the same.
