CHOPPED SALAD from OldYoung
Salad:
lettuce, any kind or a mixture
generous handful craisins
2 small kirbies, peeled and sliced
1 red pepper, sliced
1 avocado, cut into small chunks
1 mango, cut into small chunks
15 grape tomatoes, halved
Dressing:
1/4 c mayonnaise
1/4 c honey
1/4 c oil, less is OK too
2 T vinegar
1 T mustard
OR you can make a zingy rotayv 9f just lemon, oil, vinegar, as the salad is already so sweet
Cut up your salad ingredients and place into bowl; whisk dressing ingredients. Either dress right before serving or serve separately in separate kayli.

did you try it with the dressing you listed or lemon/oil/vinegar thing? don't want it to be too sweet.

my kids preferred the zingy dressing, I liked the mayo one. dh didn't care.
