I don't really know games, but keep in mind that maybe you need games where reading is not required, so the 6 year old can play even if s/he can't read so well yet.

That is a large age range when it comes to games and it also differs in terms of how much of a game family you are (one of mine plays games way above age level.)
here are some ideas:
Uno
Uno flip
Skip bo
Classics like Sorry, clue (if not for Shabbos), monopoly junior, battleship, checkers
ticket to ride first journeys- fun but less complicated than the regular one. Better for 6-8 crowd than 9-10.
Sushi go
Spot it
For the older ones-
Catan
I never tried Catan Junior. But some people like it.
Dominion, ticket to ride (and the different maps), carcassonne, pandemic, risk, life, monopoly....
Again, age appropriateness depends on abilities of your kids.
We dont own all of these but let's just say we are board game people. What games do your kids like already?
