I need to chose today...
I want white, I love the look of gloss but it's quite a bit more expensive and we're on a budget. I plan to pair the white with a matt concrete grey cabinet. Slightly wooden look to it.

What do you all think?

I personally dont like gloss. It's more trendy and it will get fingerprinty.

I just ordered my kitchen. My designer said gloss is impractical and going out of style. I got matte.

Thanks. What colours did you chose?
I definitely want white larders and upper cupboards, but want either grey or navy bott cupboards with a white/grey marble worktop.

I have matte cabinets. They get fingerprints daily but it’s not as obvious as it would be if they were shiny. With shiny, even a droplet of water that wasn’t wiped up in time is noticeable. If your cabinets are a light color then they will bring plenty of brightness into the kitchen without the maintenance of white shiny. If you’re really dreaming of shiny cabinets, a better place to do it is in a guest room, bedroom or office

My glossy ones don't got fingerprints and super easy to Windex off anything from it

My husband is in construction industry, and says glossy get very scratched up.

My kitchen is 3 years old. I have glossy turquoise cabinets and I love them. Not a single crack.

I've chosen a white matt to go with a darker colour (also matt) cabinet at the bottom and around the Island. My worktops are going to be a white with marble running through it.
