You need to determine why there is mold.
There might be a leak in the bathroom and the water is traveling through the flooring and then manifesting itself on the carpet because other surfaces hide the mold.
Have you pulled up a bit of carpet to look at what is going on underneath?
If there is a leak emanating from the bathroom you have to fix the leak before it further damages the structure of your home as it can destroy the support joists and subfloors as well as the walls.

Can you lift the edge of the carpet to see what is going on below. In general carpets don’t develop mold in less there is some tyoe of water intrusion from below but if water continually drops from the shower thst might cause it.
There are companies that do mold remediation but if here is a leak somewhere you would need a plumber. But I would attempt to see where it is coming from by lifting the carpet before I hire someone.
I had a slow leak in one of my kitchen sinks and when I moved some furniture there was black mold on the floor behind the sink where it had slowly leaked.
