I think is so weird when women introduce themselves as Rebbetzin instead of Mrs. It's one thing if that's how people address them- that's beautiful and shows they deserve respect. But IMO, it's strange to give yourself that title.

I guess it depends when.
If a Dr, introduces themselves as Dr. Smith in an appropriate venue, that would be okay.
But if your daughter’s friend’s mom introduced herself as Dr. it would be odd.
