Where is a cheap place to buy simple, good food for dinner on days when I just don’t have patience to cook? I’d love to spend under $40 for supper for me and my husband.

Pizzano (Clifton and Kennedy, the side of Glatt Bite plaza)
Upper Crust (on Kennedy. The one in Todd Plaza is a pizza store)
I'd say you can spend under $40 at these for dinner for 2

Kosher west has rotisserie chicken + side for $15 many times. Gourmet Glatt sometimes has similar deal
Gourmet Glatt north has Tuesday’s 50% many weeks. It’s an amazing deal.

Most takeout places in lakewood would be under 40 for 2 people.
The cheapest cheapest is hard to say. Glatt bite has very fair prices and also glatt gourmet.

Evergreen takeout isn’t cheap either.
Tuesday afternoon in gourmet glatt is $6.99 for a main and 2 sides
