Aveeno - but you got to put it on religiously several times a day.
ETA cocoa butter is good as well.

Vaseline INtensive Care, most others make my hands itch.
Put it on several times a day.

Neutrogena Norwegian Swiss hand cream works wonders in 1 day!
I can't go without it in the winter

For not-greasy, Gold Bond Healing Lotion Aloe.
But if you can do greasy at night, nothing beats Aquafor.
