I used Tori Avey's recipe for the crepes. And the following for the filling:
1 package farmers cheese
1 container sour cream
1 package instant vanilla pudding powder
2 eggs
It is very sweet and delicious.

If ur still looking…. It’s delicious!
Crepes:
6 eggs
1 pack instant vanilla pudding
1/2 tsp salt
3T sugar
1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup oil
Cheese filling:
1 lb farmer cheese
1/2 block- I whipped cream cheese
2 eggs
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup sugar
Enjoy!!!

And 16 oz sour cream? How many blintzes does this recipe make?

Yes.
I made 1 recipes of the crepes in a 8 inch frying pan (pretty small) and got about 15 blintzes with some filling left over. Next time I am going to make 1.5 recipes of the crepes and I think it should be the perfect ratio.
