She was on a pretty good schedule bh.
Nap from 1:30-2:30
Then went to sleep at 8:30
We tried skipping her nap, and she also woke up at night
For the past 2 nights, she wakes up at 9, and is full of energy, bouncy and impossible!
She's adorable, but I have the hugest headache, and can't keep doing this!
Any thoughts/suggestions?

You need to give it more time. Consistency is key so any new changes in her life could cause this
What happens if you leave her in bed when she wakes up?
If all else fails use melochews to help regulate her sleep and slowly ween her off. She shouldn't need more than half a kid size melochew.

830 is way too late for a 2yo imo. Try 7pm. She could be waking because she's overtired.
