In the US before you can get a drivers license, you need to get a permit that lets you practice driving, the permit has restrictions on it and you need to take a test before they give it to you.

No! NO! NOOOOO!!! I can't even imagine it!!! I have had that my sweet grandchildren took chametz into a cleaned for Pesach room, but I didn't have to reclean the whole room.
Did you ever have a cleaning lady clean a room for Pesach, and after she finally finished she sat down in the room on a bed and ate a sandwich?!?!
