Ok. So in accordance with current event (I did not actually attend or listen or know what they said) about phones and whatnot I wanted to share what helps me because a lot of us really do want to be less attached. And also to hear what helps you.
1. Spending time in nature, connecting to yourself, music, playing
2. Getting off it! Once you're off it you often don't miss it after 72 hours 😄
