More powerful at doing what? Causing diabetes? These are sugar drinks.

Both come in zero sugar version. Powerade replenishes electrolytes more than vitamin water

Vitamin water tastes better. I only get zero. I dislike Powerade because it tastes salty and because of the artificial coloring.

heads up - if you're using it athletically, you may not want the "zero" versions (the sugar/carbs could be useful fuel athletically) - I'd still go powerade over vitamin water though!

Thanks, it’s not athletically per se but rather, as I mentioned in a different post to drink before a fast

I would (and do) drink Gatorade rather than either of those. Vitamin water leaves my throat burning, not sure why.

It’s very hard to find Gatorade nowadays. Just wondering why would you choose Gatorade over Powerade?

I don’t know where you live, but I have no problem finding Gatorade where I live. I prefer the taste of Gatorade, it’s less sugary and artificial tasting to me.

It’s a natural form of electrolyte and excellent before and after a fast. I drink 2 liters the day before and two the day after. There are many brands and if the taste isn’t your favorite (I personally like it but not everyone does) there are several varieties mixed with fruit juice like mango or pineapple.
