None of the ones you put in the pole. To me, the ability for my husband to make a living in the area and good schools for my children are the top 2.

I assume it is talking about someone who already knows which city/town her family will be living in, based on work and schools. But there arre different neighberhoods withen each town.

The most important to me is what kind of community - people who are a good influence, and good schooling for the children.

Rabbi Yossi ben Kisma said in Pirkei Avos that even if someone would give him all the silver and gold in the world, he wouldn't live anywhere except for a place of Torah.

Community. It's got to have anglo's. I've got to have friends. The children will be happy if the parents are happy. Kids adjust easily.
