I dont know exactly which recipe youre looking for but I make this one all the time and I like it...
basically, other than the grilled port. mushrooms it calls for:
romaine lettuce
cherry tomatoes
candied walnuts (or cashews, pecans, etc), meaning put like a tablespoon of oil mixed w/ sugar in a frying pan, let it melt, then add the nuts and let them get all covered in the carmelized sugar....but you can also buy them like this I think, or use fresh ones, I think it tastes just fine without this extra step!
then the dressing is (I dont know the exact proportions cuz im not home, but I think ive posted it on here before)
olive oil (really makes a diff in taste if you use it)
white vinegar
sugar
ketchup
paprika
pepper

There is a delicious one in the Quick and Kosher cookbook. If you don't have it I can get it for you. Whenever I make it it's a big hit. And it's really easy.

I have been making this one for years and we absolutely love it:
3 portabella mushrooms grilled with salt and pepper and cubed
romaine lettuce
cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup honey glazed almonds (I use regular slivered almonds)
1/2 cup croutons (I leave these out)
Dressing:
2/3 c. oil
1/4 c. ketchup
1 clove garlic
1/4 c. vinegar
4 tsp. paprika
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. dry mustard (I use 1 T reg. mustard)
1/4 c. sugar
Blend the dressing together. It also works as a great veggy dip.
Bon Apetite!
