I usually make pastrami on baguette sandwiches cut in half and bring cold drinks and either snacks or cut veggie stix.

according to my LOR, you don't need to wash on wraps, so they're very convenient for the road. I'll pack some sort of wrap (tuna, chicken, avocado)
