For women and girls, there is Dainty Jewells. It's not a "Frum" company, but it is run by conservative Xtains who value Tznius. It carries plus sizes as well.
For ladies: Impact Fashion-carries sizes 2-24.
D-Rama- I believe is only plus size but I could be wrong.
