I once heard talk that a satmar development is coming to the neighboring areas. Im trying to verify if anyone knows if its accurate information.

Plenty of satmar ppl live in linden already. They are opening a cheder this year.

Last I heard there is no satmar development
there are people living all over and they have a school opening now
Linden doesn't have developments, there's no open land
Everybody lives all spread out

I've heard of Satmar investors buying more in the Clark and Rahway areas where its still easier to buy and the houses are nicer with the hopes of one day moving there when its "in section" and using the Linden School, Groceries, etc.

As far as I know, there are plenty of Satmar families in Linden & surrounding areas, but not a specific satmar community/development. There is cheder there as well, though I don't know details.

I live in Linden, not satmar. The community is mixed with all chasidim.
I don't send to satmar but have friends and neighbors that do and they all seem very happy.
There is 1 satmat shul that services all sects of satmar and I believe they have a dayan here to. Not 100% sure on dayan part...

Do u know up until which kita the cheider goes?
