What does a boy, going into, seventh grade, who is NOT bar mitzvah yet, wear? Mainstream “yeshivish” Lakewood school
Which shirts? Pants? Shoes?

Check your school handbook. Each school has it's own rules. Some start white shirts in seventh, and some only when the boy is bar mitzvah.

My son wore the same clothes as 6th grade until bar mitzvah. Dark pants, plaid or solid or striped button down. As soon as he put on tefillin, he changed to a white shirt/black suit/hat.

It varies based on school. Some start white shirts right away. Some start at bar mitzvah. Some switch to dress pants and some wear chinos throughout elementary school. Ask parents in the class or check the school rules
