I really liked Barcelona. Panama has lots of kosher food too. So does Philly. And Phoenix. And LA. And Jerusalem. Also Vegas. And NYC of course

Panama is a wonderful winter destination - nice and warm, great activities, and a number of kosher restaurants to enjoy!

California or Arizona are both nice places to go with kids. Switzerland is stunning, or Italy.

Arizona is closer. What is there to do there and are there a lot of kosher restaurants?

Phoenix has a few good restaurants. But most of the tourist activities are several hours away, like Sedona and the Grand Canyon. Palm Springs in California is another nice option - reliably gorgeous weather, and the Chabad there has a basic grocery store and nightly dinners, though if you want multiple restaurants, Panama is the better choice. Cancun is also a popular winter option with several restaurants in the area.

There are many, many great things to do in or near Phoenix. Both indoors and outdoors. You don't need to go to Sedona or the Grand Canyon to enjoy Arizona.

Is Cancun safe? Where exactly in Panama? Is a cruise a good idea?

Personally I wouldn't go to Cancun after the gang shootings over the past year that have killed several tourists who were in the wrong place at the wrong time. But I'm definitely in the minority, and tons of frum tourists will be in Cancun this winter having a great time.

The kosher restaurants are in Panama City, where you can stay but do day trips from.

Personally I'm not so into cruises, and especially if you're looking for good kosher food, but if you find one that works for you, go for it.
