I would never put tights on such a young baby! Sounds impractical and ridiculous! I would stick to nice footies personally. Why don't you go into your local stores and see what they have?
Thehushshop.com
Shirtstop.us
Toetallyyou.com
(Kidichicusa)cheaper but maybe you'll find something you like
1 piece or 2 piece knit

Nicer footies only ! If.you like a dressed up look you can put a cardigan over a solid footie. Velours are so cozy and cute. Check out luibelle.com or Belle tete baby they have a nice selection.

I think a cardigan might look silly on a tiny baby.
You just want one piece footies. Add a huge bow he’ head band

After all the threads we've had lately about where babies come from, I had to reread this twice. Thank you for the morning giggle!

Do what works for you.

If she is still on a newborn schedule, then do fancy footies.

If you already have a daytime vs nighttime routine going on, then you can change her into an outfit that is more like what vertical people wear.
I did tights and dresses on babies, they still look cute lying in a swing or on a grownup‘s belly and it doesn’t get all twisted.

If you see tons of people on shabbes I would put more effort. When it’s just out little family I only dress up babies for our own fun. There is bo obligation

For that age, boys and girls I have one or two pretty knit outfits and then footies special for y"t and shabbos. I always dress my babies pretty footies on shabbos not just y"t. For that age you can find gorgeous footies in the local stores.

Why don’t you scroll through the vertbaudet website that was mentioned on the other girl clothing thread?

I used to shop there a ton with my younger kids. They usually have beautiful understated knits and cute sets.

Hi! Childrensalon is a great high end website. I particularly like brands such as Mebi, purete du Bebe, patatchou, babidu, Paz Rodriguez and Martin aranda (this one’s the only one not on children salon). I happen to love the pretty clean looks of these brands from Italy/Spain.

I’ve done bubbles with thigh highs that have little bows on the side it’s so cute, I’ve done dresses just pls make sure to put a diaper cover bec when carrying babe the dress rides up and it’s a much better look. Jeffries tights are great for babies and can be found on Amazon.. they even have cute one with ruffles on the butt. You can also totally do dressy stretchies!
