I would like to know which is the best way to cook a Silver Tip Roast - I would like to prepare in advance for Rosh Hashana and would like to know if this meat could be cooked and frozen.
What recipes can anyone recommend? I was told it needs to cook very slow and in liquid and low flame is that anyone's experience?
Please advice.
thanks,

Silver Tip needs to be served rare. If cooked low and slow, it dries out tremendously, no I matter how much liquid/sauce there is.

I don't eat reheated silver tip. If you rewarm it even a second past barely warm, it overcooks. It doesn't need liquid, either. It's a great cut to make the quintessential deli roast beef.
To avoid overcooking, I would think using a sous vide to heat it up would be the best method.
