Jewish marriage doesn’t boil down to just sx.
But making people keep all shomer negiah while expecting them to meet ever growing standards „all by themselves“ is lacking integrity.

What we celebrate at the Jewish wedding is the commitment and leap of faith of the couple, regardless of their age.
But I argue not the essense of the Jewish marriage but the integrity and honesty of the parental approach in expectations of married children.

What leap of faith? The leap of faith that the parents will be supporting them till they learn adulting behaviors? Or the leap of faith that they're entitled to new wardrobes and fancy gifts now?

Or maybe you are referring to a leap of faith in marrying a stranger with the hopes that the chemistry and attraction will come later? If that's so, that is not something to celebrate. For that you need immense prayer and davening that it all works out ok.
