How do you navigate being menachem aveil to a home where I know all the aveilem? I am friends with 1 aveil , but I know all the siblings and siblings of the deceased. The house will be packed with people trying to menachem aveil. Do I sit with my friend and then go over to each sibling and say Hamokem... or just sit with my friend?

sit with friend, usualy all women sit in one room, so before going home be them Menachem with a small chat or only the poseck

Yes exactly what you said op. Just say hamakom to everyone after you finish talking to your friend
If they’re all in earshot and you have their attention at once you can just say hamakom once for all of them

I would sit with your friend, and then if someone else comes to talk with her, move over and sit by the siblings for a few minutes. Then hamakiom to all.
