I am kinda proud of myself because I didn't go crazy for once. I had oatmeal with chia and sunflower seeds on it, decaf, two plums and a lot of water.

Traditional. Seltzer with orange juice, bagel with cream cheese, not much else.
Oh, some fruit too. I had been looking forward to that.

1 cup of water, an egg sandwich with whole wheat bread, some cut up melon.
Later on, I had a bit of clear soup.

Made havdalah on grape juice then had a snack bag of mini drizzle crisps, then later Bamba, then later grilled vegetables , then later hot cocoa, then later 4 pieces of chocolate , then later fruity pebbles and milk, and also had diet snapple. I normally feel super sick after a fast and especially after drinking grape juice but I realized I'm still wearing my seabands from my recent pregnancy and they really work!I gave birth in August and never took them off because they settle my stomach in general.

I made my own havdalah (no waiting for me!) so first I had grape juice. Then 2 bowls of cinnamon toast crunch. Then I put up a pot of macaroni and I had a small helping when it was ready. Also I drank poweraid and water.
