My 2 year old daughter will be turning three by the end of the summer. Wondering what toddlers that age wear during the summer months. Want to know if I see any good deals now. Do they still wear rompers? Tee shirt and shorts? Or dresses? What’s the norm. Tia

If she will be toilet training or already trained, rompers are out. Girls that age wear dresses and many still wear shorts and t shirts.

Also keep in mind they develop opinions. My daughter insisted on dresses/jumpers/skirts and I had a hard time getting her to wear shorts.

@bsy thanks for replying. Didn’t think about the training so makes sense and my daughters the type to only want dresses, she’s like that right now. If she’s almost 3 during the summer, will she still be in a 2t or already a 3t.

My daughter who is a few months older will be wearing dresses. I would get a size bigger than what she is wearing now. Mine is in 3t already but she's big for her age.

Depends on your daughter. Some kids are taller than others. Also depends on how the clothes run. Jewish companies tend to run small and regular companies tend to run true to size, like carters etc.

When my dd was that age age (she turned 3 in october) she wore lil legs shorts and tshirts. On shabbos she wore dresses.
