I"m an annoying type that doesn't measure anything.

so, some salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder if you don't have onionsin the salad, a little paprika

and mayo to your taste of wet/dry.

I have the best chicken salad recipe. But in the salad is either bbq chicken pieces or I sometimes use schnitzel pieces.

mushrooms
2 cans mandarin oranges
lettuce

salt
pepper
1/2 C. Oil (I only use light olive for salads)
1/3 C. Balsamic vinegar (you can also use red wine vinegar for a lighter flavor)
2 Tlb. green onion
1 tsp. soy sauce
garlic
pine nuts or almonds

I just made such a yummy chicken salad today - I made it up too!

I cut up my leftover chicken from Shavous and added diced celery, scallions and some chinese noodles. I mixed it all up with mayo and dill. It was so yummy.

Mayonnaise and a little mustard and a little vinegar
A flavored vinegar is better (red or white wine, cider, or balsamic... or rice vinegar for an asian flavor)

B'tayavon!
Very Happy
