They’re costume vests that entire classes wear? Made out of a paper like material often with printed words on them.

I picked up one as a sample in a yerushalayim teachers store but couldn’t bring more.
They’re fairly cheap and I would like to purchase more for a school performance or find such a similar paper/material and create my own.

Many chassidish chadarim are pictured in them in the yated etc or online.

Any leads???
