The ones in Brooklyn don't get delivered by door but are distributed on street corners or in front of supermarkets, in a stand.
Bulletin, link, and torah times are distributed in wmsbg and BP. Shoppers route only in wmsbg. In wmsbg I think shoppers route is the most popular for sales because it has the sales going on in Wmsbg.
