No need to feel any shame. It’s good to know that it’s not good for them to be in “containers” so you can limit it as much as possible.
No worries if you need to put them down in a swing for a few minutes.
It’s good to understand the ideal though.
If a woman is bored and their baby is in a swing or stroller then that should be the first thing to do.
Connect with your baby and have them lie on an activity mat or be held by you.

I didn’t read everything, but What is your secret for raising kids that can play uninterrupted for hours?
I would work on a puzzle, read, reorganize the house, decorate, exercise, draw, write….
