For a 48" bed (but I'd use full size sheets).
Does this exist? I can't afford the Jewish store prices. Has anyone found good linen on Amazon or similar sites that they'd recommend?

Buy the sheets and duvet separately. I buy full sized sheets they fit fine on my 48" mattress. And I use twin size duvet. There are tons of options depending on what style you like.

You can use full size duvet cover too!
I like when blanket hang on the sides.

Those are $18 each but keep in mind that you have to get 2 of them plus 2 full fitted sheets.(total set about $60)
I got a bunch of sets from Amazon when they were on sale. (Came out to $12 each duvet cover in twin size) got fitted sheet set from walmart.(comes with extra solid color pillow case and one flat sheet that I use as a table other under white lace!)
I have mine for 3 years and they're in perfect condition. Got Microfiber linen.

What size comforters do you have? Standard twin or full size duvets?

You can buy a twin sets on Amazon and buy 48” fitted solid color sheets in the Jewish stores (d’rose and elegant linen sell them).
