I don't think Odeliya is a jewish name. It's a typical latina name. I've had more than one cleaning lady/cab driver over the years named Odeliya.

Typical depends on your community norms, but she is far from being the only Odeliya I've met.

I wanted to write chasya but that is an old fashioned shtetl name I think, does anyone still use that name today?

Some names are so community specific.
For example in many communities the name Rishel is very rare. Lakewood, it's not so unusual. Reb Rishel Kotler (R Shneur's wife) passed away around 10 years ago.

Chasya was one of the Telsher Rebbitzens so there are many Sorotzkin/Blochs, etc running around with Chasya.

Shima was R Moshe Feinstein's wife.

Trany is a Skver name, but in my community it would be very unusual.

And in my community, Yocheved and Basya are quite common. My daughter has multiple of each in her class.

Are normal names in my community but not as common as Sury, Rivky, Ruchy, Leah, Esty, Faigy,Gitty, Chany,Chaya,Chavy,Miriam,Goldy.

I believe Selah means "a restful pause", and I really like it. Definitely unusual, but would not be unheard of in Israeli DL. Sometimes even Anglo Xtains use it.
